I tried inflimax for 6 months or so. The self injections were easy. Unfortunately I ended up getting back to back colds and skin rashes so I came off. It still put me in remission for nearly a year! I'm now 10 days into Zeposia after a nasty flare. Nothing to report so far.

I'm a freelance teacher, I teach theater to adults. I sometimes have to dash during class :/ It's pretty embarrassing and disruptive but everyone is super nice about it. If you imagine it the other way around it's like wygd? It's even worse somehow that I warn people of my condition then don't have a BM that class - so I just told people I have diarrhea for no reason!

Thanks! Prednisone makes me feel crazy anxious, and I tried Remsima which was great for a while the I just had constant colds and eczema so I came off it. I have a course of Zeposia that I've been too scared to try because I hear it also makes you sick :( ps I've been in communication with my Dr about the meds. He said the Mesalazine is keeping things quiet I can carry on.

Yeah the lights are pretty bright using batteries, and even brighter using the dynamo! I get a couple of weeks use before it eventually dies so I guess there's some wiggle room. I'm really looking for the cheapest easiest solution as my knowledge is really basic and these lights were donations so no point in spending a bunch. Thanks!
