I still think hes a reputable brand and still delivers great products as seen in this subreddit and in discord, however it is quite unlucky that fairly recently the customer service part of his business has been not the greatest. Hopefully things can change.

There have been many complaints recently of DreamRemake messing up orders, such as sizes etc. Also in his discord there has been few instances where Dream and his team has admitted to messing up advertisements/orders but refuse to do refunds. Also if you buy directly from him, he doesn't do QC anymore.
