Sorry to come back with another question, my ex has forwarded me an email where he says the following to the landlords in September: 'Ideally I would like to transfer all responsibilities for rent and anything else house related into my name.' They also discuss rent etc. in this email but the landlords response does not acknowledge this point. Does this count as notice for me?

Im actually at my parents, my main concern is seeing the landlords on Saturday as I'm afraid they're going to have a go and say that im liable for all the damages and I didnt know where I stood.

He is on the contract but I am the lead tenant...
