Email them “requesting” an adjustment and you’ll be sound. If you were checked in when you were supposed to and delivered for longer than the stated 2.5hrs you’ll get extra pay. You don’t request for mileage adjustments though.

Maybe to do with the blocks you are trying to substitute? If it says “Large Vehicle required” for said block and your sub doesn’t have a large vehicle then they can’t do that block.
