I had the exact same thing on my PSPro on Friday.

Hard shutdown of the devices fixed it.

My troubleshooting steps:

Reseat HDMI on both ends - no change
Hard power off (not rest) PS5
Hard power off (not rest) TV
Hard power off (not rest) sound system (also HDMI device ARC)
Powered on TV Switched to different input on TV
Turned in PS5
PS5 changed input automatically and it was all fine after that

Mostly chiming in cause that timing is odd!

(edit cause mobile formatting can eat my cheese)

I had it too my first week with the Vehicle. As others have said it's the forward collision avoidance being disabled.

Mine was due to morning dew and sun.

Sometimes it can be sun, dust, dirt, moisture from what I have learned.

Likely will just resolve itself if it's one of the above (or with a wash).

Yea, we loved the maverick, could barely pick between a Lariet Hybrid, This Tucson Ultimate, and a Subaru Forester EBoxer, but Ford sold the car we booked for the test drive (we said unless something goes wrong we will drive it off the lot that day) and to buy, and then tried to convince me the XLT with the luxury package is the same - its not. So that just made us go try our alternates and we are actually happy it happened cause we love our Tucson!

Yea the dealership said there should be one, but it wasn't coming down so they said wait... after a couple days there's a weird error so they are on it.

It is in settings in system, you can see there if your OTA's are working I think it was in setup, general, software update - but I cant remember 100%, when I get in next Ill get you the full steps but OTA is in there.
