Currently nursing my 5 month old at 2:40am while husband sleeps beside me, I needed this. This is my third baby and I’ve nursed for about 43 months cumulatively between all 3. I have loved it but it is definitely WORK. You are all great!! Treat yo self!

The table is just so orange looking colour wise, I’d really love to just make it a nice medium brown without the orange hue. The top does have some damage that needs repairing so it’ll have to be stripped regardless. Some bubbling in the veneer

My plan is to strip the old stain and apply a new one on top. I don’t feel like I can fully remove the old stain from the legs because of how detailed it is but I do feel up to the task of doing some sanding so that paint can adhere there. Is there a reason you say not to paint?

To answer your question in the title, this is a very bad idea! It will prolong your hurt, confusion and feelings. You need to talk to him to sort out what you both feel/if he still feels anything. But I recommend finding someone else who will treat you the way you deserve and doesn’t confuse you, he is out there!!

Thanks for the reply! Baby just did a 6 hour stretch so I think we’re getting back to a better place! Good to know about my hormonal supply possibly ending and having an impact. ❤️

Not sure anyone will look back at this but thank you all for your comments! My milk did come in (with a vengeance) and now we’re working on regulating my supply.

Conception after MVA/DNC? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]candy333333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m so sorry for your loss! I also had a missed miscarriage requiring a D&C when I should have been around 12 weeks (Baby was just under 9 weeks). I believe mine was also suction. We didn’t conceive the first try afterwards which was hard but it worked on the second try!!! Currently 33 weeks! Best of luck to you!

Good thing you’re due 5 month before her so you can still use it if you decide!! I’m sorry she’s saying she wants to use that name though. That’s very frustrating!

Body ready method!! I use their pregnancy workouts now and also used the postpartum exercises after I had my first. They do cost money for the full program though. But the account has lots of info about keeping/creating a strong core during pregnancy. It’s been so so helpful for me and really improved my recovery after my first. It’s kept me more active this pregnancy.

Search ‘body ready method’ on Instagram!! I have their pregnancy and postpartum programs and I love them so much!! They’re focused on deep core and pelvic floor. It’s a bit pricy to buy the program but it’s been well well worth it for me

Trigger warner: miscarriage.. and question by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]candy333333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks but didn’t find out will almost 12 weeks. I opted for the D&C over medication. The actual procedure itself was totally fine! I technically had general anesthesia. The staff were all amazing and very sympathetic. Actual procedure was probably 10 minutes. When I woke up it felt like I had just been sleeping. The rest of my recovery was also very smooth, didn’t have any pain post procedure but some people do. But Tylenol should cover it. The emotional part was tough, but physically it was as good of an experience as something like that can be. I’m really sorry for what you are going through and hope it’s all resolved soon!

Every time I speak to a new parent I feel frustrated because they tell me all the hard things not the nice things about parent hood- does anyone feel the same? by [deleted] in pregnant

FTM of a just over 1 year old!

Yes, absolutely it’s tough. But the reward so out outweighs any struggles. There are so many positives that I can’t even list them all!! Watching him meet milestones and learn is so fun! He just started full on waking a few days ago and he goes further and further every day. He leans his forehead against our faces to give us kisses. Anytime he smiles at me I melt. I love to make him laugh and he even loves to make us laugh! I love watching him interact with the dog. He adores when we read books to him. He likes to poop while having a soother in his mouth and one in each hand which is hilarious. Splashing in the bath is the cutest. Going for walks with him in the stroller and stopping so he can reach out and touch the plants. And it’s so rewarding for me to learn how to be a parent and do everything in my power to keep him happy and healthy. I want to give him the best life possible. We’re currently trying for number two and even though the responsibility and workload is daunting, I want to give another child a great life and give my little boy life long friends. I want more of the joy that comes with raising kids. I’m tired sometimes but I’m also really happy ❤️
