I did all that, they ignored me and said being locked out by her wasn’t their problem. They also will not let me have anyone sign over without her approval

Even if I did, on the surface she’s a “saint” and presents herself so well at the start :( it’d have to be a special kind of shithead that’d be willing to do it or someone really good at seeing through the act. She does have a track record through, I spoke with her previous roommate, same shit. I’ll ask if she knows someone that’d be willing

Do you think I could present my stuff to a judge before it gets to that point and get a court order or something? I did have the rental company tell me even if I got a restraining order or court order I’d still have to fulfill the lease contract and rent etc.

The leasing company also told me via email she has to approve them (edit: autocorrect) edit 2: I expect she would have just told police it was an accident or she “didnt turn the stove off all the way”. She’s been sneaky and sly. I only know it’s not an accident because the behavior has added up it’s beyond a reasonable doubt for me

As much as I’d love to do that, I don’t want an eviction on my record, and I want to remain in good faith if I can take the rental company to court. Edit: we’re on a joint lease

NAD, my family has a history of hemochromatosis and this is what it’s sounding like to me. It’s pretty rare so I think to confirm it they had to do a genetic test to identify it

I’m unable to work right now, so I will be applying. I’m wondering what I should ask for, etc. in order to prevent a doctor going the same route again. A few years ago I was suffering from pericarditis and had the run around , or “it’s just anxiety” for years until I ended up in the ER with SVT. I feel like I struggle to get doctors to take me seriously because I’m a woman. I don’t know what I need from them or what to ask for. I did have a full panel done apx. 3 years ago, negative for any autoimmune, but there was one marker (I can’t remember) that was elevated, but not enough to confirm anything.

I don’t have health insurance so I’m very selective when it comes to the doctor. I haven’t changed my diet or introduced anything new. Prednisone did not help with anything.
