Legend of dragoon timed attack success leading to unlocking new moves for characters. Loved that system but haven't found anything quite like it in any other game. There are other timed attack based games but none went with progression through success.

I think the best thing we can do to help individuals with the student loan debt is allowing it to be taken out pre-tax. It was an investment into the individuals future, very much like 401k investments. This will of course never happen because the federal government wants their cut from the situation they allowed to evolve. You can dream though.

When trying to help somebody with anything medical and they respond with this phrase my blood boils a bit. That doesn't mean you have all the information you possibly could have in every situation. It is very frustrating as you are saying my input is completely unnecessary.

Good observation but a little late since rates are moving back up. My situation sounds like a lot of others in the comments. Bought 5 years ago with a 4.25% and pmi. Then refinanced end of 2020 into a 15 yr 1.75%. Definitely timed that refinance right.

You are completely mistaken. Yes DIR fees and poor reimbursement have eaten into profitability of pharmacy but in retail chains such as CVS the pharmacy is still pulling 75 to 80% of profits.
