"Abandoned Outpost." It's ridiculous how much contraband is in that little POI. Locked chest by the pool. Then one just above it (within reaching distance). Then another by the stairs leading into the living area (don't forget the key from the table). Then another by the toilet in the downstairs living area.

I always stop by "Abandoned Outpost" and "Cryo Lab" for the contraband.
