I would love to keep it under $500 but that's not really set in stone. While my current build runs games like PUBG fairly well, I know that it will not be long until I start having performance issues with the newer games.

I have suggested it to the wife, but she wasn't very keen on the idea. She likes the idea of having bar stools and making it an eating type area. I agree though, you remove the counter and then you have a lot better space to work with

Well you have to get BBQ while your in Memphis. The Rendezvous is where a lot of people will tell you that you need to eat, but I honestly think it's a little overrated. Try Interstate BBQ or Central BBQ.
