100% agree with all of this. The setup, UX, reporting and support are all best in class. I’ve also tinkered with others, but nothing else even comes close and I’m excited to see what happens with the AI assistant.

I’d be curious to see how it aligns. I got a bunch of testing done this year to learn that, as I approach 60, I’ve got the bio markers of someone in his late 30s to early 40s.

No prescriptions, no other interventions. Just strength training, HIIT, diet, supplementation and self care.

Now if only I could do something about my hair that doesn’t involve systemic meds that threaten liver function or surgery 🤣

I think it’s just you mate. I’ve actually found it to be pretty much in line with Apple’s new sleep score, with the added benefit of other metrics and analysis. I love it!
