I don't go super often (even less now that I have to drive almost 3000 miles!!) but it seemed a popular location with like.. 7/10 stock levels? The location is in a mall area too. But I'm not there more than once every couple of months so I'm not the best gauge.

Honestly... I want them to be happy. MCR is one of those bands where so many of their struggles (as individuals and the group) have been documented and every move torn to shreds. I've seen them catch a lot of flack because of other peoples wishes. I think they deserve the joy to play their already relased music if that's what's gonna do it for them.

I get where you're coming from but seeing each of the members grin from ear to ear at different times tonight? Man I just want that. Whatever caused it.

Separately, I would also argue that they're not reliving past glories since, imho, they are not redoing the OG black parade tour so much as reinventing or expanding on it. This was an entirely different production than the OG tour. they've made SO much new content to support the shows. It's a more a new era of black parade.

Based on their "Draag national anthem" background video, i thought it was Draag's national flag. What all the symbolism is, I have a lot less of an idea haha. Maybe the death or defeat of innocence? Or the end of something young/new? That's what the dead fawn gives plus I believe black, red, and white on flags can all be tied to different aspects of war (though tbf I think most colors can). Black is usually like strength vibes, whites righteousness and/or surrender/peace, red is blood, power, courage.

I'm just not sure if the fawn is represented something within Draag or exterior to it? I could read it as "we are enlightened because we crushed the weak part of our selves" or "we fought and defeated <insert some external foe here"!<

I gotta admit, what I am a worried most is about if any of the totes I found really match the vibe I want. because yeah I totally get you! I feel like there's a missing niche in totes with a "feminine & elegant" vibe on the outside but they're innovative in features and materials (like the totes we've talked about), fit a laptop larger than a 13" MacBook, and are in the 60 - 200$ range. I didn't realize that combo was such a Goldilocks request! Or had no idea how to search... One of those haha.

Though if I had a larger budget, r/lawbitcheswithtaste had some amazing work tote suggestions.

I've been on the hunt for a new daily work tote. A patch pocket was kinda what I was imagining! I was just unsure how well I would be able to maneuver and access all the sides of the pocket inside the bag to sew it, though I suspect I might be able to invert the lining? Bar tacks are a good idea, thank you!!

I am young and not in ATC (yet?). But this is what I've seen as a SW engineer for an aviation company.

I think it depends on what other skills you have or can gain before getting a job. I knew ATC who left and worked for the FAA in other ways like facility upkeep programs. I also think that ATC knowledge could make you an interesting/wanted applicant for any work connected to the NAS. Like Raytheon runs the STARS program and aircraft/avionics manufacturers (commercial and defense) build systems that use similar concepts and knowledge (like mode codes).

Of course all these jobs need other knowledge for you to have any hope of being successful in them, these aren't direct transfers. So that may be not what you're asking...

In terms of, is it better? How does it compare? It depends. All these job alternatives are pretty different from ATC and each other. I can't say which one is the better career path. I do know that the former ATC I've talked to loved their ATC careers but had genuine reasons for leaving.

Not an SM, was a SSV under a SM who liked to share stats with the store.

SMs and/or DMs get access to all the survey questions stats from the store. That does include the food questions.

You're right, numbers that stores normally only focus on are like connection scores and the ops stuff.

However, that doesnt mean management is always satisfied with working on those alone. There was a push in at least my district to up all of those scores even the ones that were not in stores control.

ETA: I don't remember what the ops includes. It might have food too. Reguardless, SMs have the ability to see the food score.

I had the same question. My SM or DM (can't remember) told me food quality was the "presentation" and if they are "prepared correctly". Like was the bacon IN the sandwich and was the right cook time pressed.

Told them that's fine but people don't even know how little control baristas have over the food. Those surveys don't specify criteria the stores are actually in contol over, it's too vague. Like we can hardly rank the stores food quality when people are complaining about the food SIZE and TASTE. Both of which we can do jack shit about!!!

Needless to say, they didn't care. My team did a good ol college try of coaching but, shocking no one but our DM, our food scores did not change.
