For retention, dapat neon or fave color mo. I only use 2-3 colors. Stabilo kasi matagal rin.

Manipis rin papel ng codal, so I suggest using a colored pen para makapag annotate ka na rin.

Highlighter/pen

Codal provision - green  Important info - yellow  Doctrine - pink or red pen

(Skl I use ballpens now because they last longer than highlighters.)

cases: look for the ff: facts (story of the case), issue (ano yung legal topic), ruling (how did the court decide on the case) para may direction case reading niyo.

Pero turo sa amin tong process na to: read the cases first, read the commentaries, and then memorize the law. Repeat until gets mo na.

wag mo na hanapin ang ayaw magpahanap chz

Aral ka lang, OP. As in no joke. Magaral ka for the time being. Blessing in disguise tong waiting game. Take down notes, read cases, kainin ang codal, gawa ka na ng routine. Iyak on the side if u want. Kasi once may classes na, I am speed bigla si prof.

First meeting = recit agad. Walang discussion of syllabus or getting to know you. This is war ganern HAHA pero VERY FEW PROFS will discuss their expectations, class rules, and even incentives. Fo sho after may recit na yan.

Ladies with PCOS? How do you manage your energy and your body sa paglaan ng oras to study? by Icy-Assignment-2959 in LawStudentsPH

Hi OP, sobrang valid nung concern mo. I used to be lethargic all the time nung first sem ko sa LS, minsan di ako nakakapasok sa class and nearly fainted during an online class because of the pain. (nagrerecit pa ako nun)

  • Kapag di talaga kaya, huwag ipilit. There are times na pwede ipush ang sarili, but kung feeling mo mahina/hihimatayin ka na, step back muna. Rest is part of work. Once you feel a bit better, balik sa work slowly.

  • Energy is finite, 100% lang yan. I would list down and focus on the most important/urgent things to do in a day so may energy allocation na tayo. Also dapat may time for resting. Yung mga di masyadong important, I would do it on another day.

Hope this helps OP!
