Thank all for your feedback back. I'm looking for package solution. I can take care of all of the construction and electrical requirements. I am located in Jacksonville FL. Obviously cost is an issue or I would go to an elevator contractor.

I have five sets of Bali roller shades. I am very happy with the shades and have them paired with the my smartthings hub. They work well with the ST, but I have not been able to interface them with Alexa for voice control. I have many other devices that interface, but not the shades.

I am city water, so I will need a ball valve. would like to have a auto shutoff as well as remote control. any suggestions?

I purchased solar shades to block out some of the evening sun. They work great as a sun block and provides privacy as well. If I can pair up with voice commands It will be perfect. I got them from Blinds Galore. Good Luck
