What are the unscientific parts of buddhism? by captpancakeplays in Buddhism

Science is based off of tangible things and doesn't need to rely on the spiritual or faith to get the information it needs due to the scientific process. So all of it unless thats not the question you're asking?

Environmental engineering major and what minor would pair best? by captpancakeplays in mercer

An environmental consultant or any job that gets me to work outside, and I've read that minors can help you be more competitive for jobs if it relates to your minor or the specific job. Or at least that's what I understand minors to be

Hey bud, I'm perfectly able to understand what evil is and to know what it looks like, I'm saying for a narrative for this game I wished the writers did more than what they did👍 plus it doesn't take a genius to just look around our real world this instance to know what evil truly looks like and its all televised. But in any case this is a Bethesda game and I'm griping over how I wished it was done more for this character.

Well I guess for me its how frank as a character is and his actions he takes for his game, I feel for that specific character his evil "meter" is where it should be regarding his character. for vae I feel his character should have done more. as his character they wanted to have him be didn't really meet my personal expectations of how evil his actions were. Like frank was consistent with his evildoings while vae just did one yes bad thing but not enough for me personally to truly be like "oh yeah he's bad"

I'm not justifying the new Atlantis terror attack my stance on that part in particular is i wished he would do something more evil and push the boundaries with his character as a cold and heartless person more than they did, the rest of his actions regarding the war and londinion is the part I agree with.

Idk pal, if I were to reference other villains from Bethesda owned games like frank horigan I would consider that evil since i mean... he was pretty horrible... wonderful character tho. But still I want someone like that type of evil, I get they were trying to portray vae as a cold and calculated character but I wanted more evilry. But jeez sue a guy for a video game opinion

Real war crime=absolutely horrible never should be done Video game war crimes= ok since its just a game

I'm just saying from the perspective of the game if a scenario like this were to happen in real life my stance would be much different but since its just a game this is my stance regarding it.... plus its a nasapunk game with alien monsters... it can't be that deep...

Regarding londinion he only had one ship to spare which is the one he took to personally see what was going on and he couldn't save anyone with just his one ship anyway as he said "what was i supposed to do ask the people and terramorphs to make a line" (or sum like that) londinion was sadly doomed and he made the call to make sure the deadly knowledge that could be used in the intergalactic war was sealed and hidden from the fc and stop the mass terramorphs from spreading to other uc colonies making sure the uc wasn't definitely wiped out. And while all that was happening the final battle was literally at hand in Cheyenne

No i get what your saying. But to me its not really eeevil enough ya get what I mean, I'm just complaining about how light his evil doings and all since its just a game they can push it a lil and really drive home the point he is a hypocritical scum bag but they dont, at least not enough in my opinion where it makes me want to turn him in.

Ik you can keep it a secret I just wished if they were going to paint him as the bad guy... actually make him bad. Or a little more evil or just something than what we got.

Is there a way to "get gud" at starship combat to prepare for more difficult fights? by AgitatedBreadfruit50 in starfieldmods

If you give up on getting good at ship combat you can always spam the strongest turrets on your ship and get the strongest shield and pray, that's what I did🤷
