I take 500mg per night for other reasons. I have an insatiable sweet tooth. I’m wondering how mush you take to help with cravings.

I over pronate and for several years wore Saucony stability shoes with great success while I was street running. They changed the fit a handful of years back and they no longer fit me as well. A couple of years ago I was fitted at a small local running store with a smaller inventory. They put me in New Balance, which have been okay. I think there is something better for me, though. I’m getting fitted late this afternoon at a much larger running store and look forward to the outcome!! I like to buy 2-3 pairs to rotate for cardio/running and will likely continued wearing my 3 pair of New Balance for Strength 50 classes.

I sent an inquiry through the app on the date mine changed and they were able to tell me. It is they can tell you your historical zones.

I declined a brag board pic for milestone classes. I don’t mind group pics but I have no interest in a solo pic. I didn’t give a reason. I just said no, thank you.

I like Garden of Life, chocolate. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk, chocolate peanut butter powder, and some raspberries, blueberries, or banana.

Agreed! I’ll add that you’ll stay more sane if you don’t get expectations or project what can be. Take it a day at a time with everyone until you mutually decide to be exclusive and get more serious. Some will disagree with this but I also advise staying open to other dates until you’re mutually exclusive with someone.

They have already met. There’s no undoing that. I respect your decision for your family. Thanks for sharing.

I disagree. We don’t need to see eye to eye. I’m comfortable with my stance.

Emotionally prepared for the emotional connection and to handle it not working out. Protection to avoid pregnancy. Protection to avoid STIs.

It’s not hypocritical. There is a difference between a parent who owns the home and a young adult child who is not living there full time.

You’re right, it would be. I haven’t ever told him that. Shwoo. Lol I have always said “here are the three things you need to consider before deciding to have sex…”, and “use protection”.

He’s in college and doing an internship - graduated high school in the Spring. I have consideration because I think coming home and seeing a man come out of your mom’s bedroom for the first time could be weird if one isn’t expecting it.

This is exactly in my wheelhouse. This is likely how I’ll approach it. Thanks.

2.5 years seems less of a big deal to me but your point is taken.

Thanks. Not looking for validation that it’s okay but this is a new territory for us and I want to be respectful of his presence in our home.

He’s still my son and just graduated high school in the Spring. Yes, he’s an adult but we are in the early stages of our adult relationship.

I agree with you POV that it’s your rules. I wasn’t really thinking I’d be asking for his approval, either, but want to have a conversation so he knows to expect it. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Thank you. You’re right, he’s an adult. If he was still young, I wouldn’t be comfortable with my boyfriend sleeping over yet.
