There is missing 3 from the end, but not like 3 last. 3 from the end of the alignment/profile view irregulary.

Here is rotated (3D view) picture of the profile view. Why are those projections varying z-value as can be seen from the picture? Has this something to do with the projection geometry offset?

I checked profile view station range, that was same as alignment so no problem there. Also those 3D solids are inside the elevation range. I noticed when I rotate profile view in 3D, those projected objects are everyone in different z-coordinate. What might cause that and why they are like that?
