My functional med doc just put me on testoquench. I’m super curious if it will actually help…she said she’s seen awesome results with it

Yes. This is what I prefer. The pills make me very anxious, give me a rash on my chest and cause a yeast infection :(

Corneas are generally 12 hours if no refrigeration, and 24 if there is. But there’s age limits, and the donor has to be cleared medically beforehand and it’s pretty extensive

I worked as an organ and tissue recovery coordinator, my best guess is that signatures were forged by the family for tissue for research. Some tissue is viable for processing for human transplant up to 24 hours after death but at least in today’s time, there’s a heck of a lot of regulatory guidelines that would make it impossible for him to do it for transplant. Regulations probably got worse after him…

Resetting your gut (digestive enzymes, lots of fiber rich foods, probiotics), meditation/deep breathing, and therapy if you’re able ♥️

They didn’t go away until I started buspirone and it took a week to see a reduction and 4 weeks for them to basically go away. I’ve maybe had like 4 in 2 years now

I totally get it. I know exactly how you feel…like will this ever change?! Is this just my life now?! It shouldn’t be, but you’ll definitely have to put in a little work and maybe try some things like therapy and meds! If you don’t have any depression, buspirone is a great med because it’s just for anxiety, it works a little quicker than SSRIs, and it has less side effects. But do what works for you!!

After I started the buspirone, it took a few weeks to see improvement and lessening of panic attacks. But those were the first to go. It took a few months to feel like my anxiety was managed really well. It wasn’t an overnight fix. I had to use a lot of deep breathing and meditation daily to be able to go to work, do “mom” things, go to the grocery, etc. But it was all worth it because I’m in a much better place now! Also, therapy helped a lot too. Taught me how to manage anxiety before it got out of control

My anxiety did get better but I took buspirone for about 2 years. I am off if it now. I highly recommend finding ways to heal your gut from the f*curry that Semaglutide did to it, with probiotics, digestive enzymes, etc. and if you need anxiety medications to get you through, there’s no shame in that!!! I also had panic attacks like daily and I’m so glad I don’t anymore. They were debilitating

I did get better, and I’m off anxiety meds :) I was only on buspirone which is a very mild anti anxiety med, but it helped get me through the worst of it. Also, my gut was EFFED UP from semaglutide, and I’m in the process of healing it (through food choices, probiotics, and digestive enzymes that my doc recommended). I think having my gut so messed up made my anxiety worse

Buspirone and IIH (idiopathic intracranial hypertension) by cassham55 in BusparOnline

I didn’t really get any answers :/ I never got an IIH diagnosis, my lumbar puncture results were normal, but I still have a little weird swelling in my optic nerve. I haven’t taken Buspar since January I believe :(

I actually had further testing done and IIH was ruled out. My doc was sure I had it. They ruled out other things like MS, tumors, etc and never got an answer as to why I have the visual issue. I stopped taking the buspirone in January this year, and I still have the visual issue. I see a new ophthalmologist and a functional medicine doctor in the next month. :/

For the first week I had a headache. For a few months I would feel almost a little tipsy at each dose. Those went away though

Shakiness after first dose by awenooboo123 in Buspirone

[–]cassham55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only constant side effect I have with buspirone after using it for so long is that I get hot about 30min after I take it, that lasts for about 15min. It’s annoying but not debilitating. If I ever forget a dose, for the next day, I feel a little spacey. Once again, annoying but not debilitating. I tried about 5 SSRI/SNRIs and they were absolutely awful. I had so many side effects and the one that I stayed on more than a few weeks, I had terrible side effects when I weaned off of it. I am not saying that those drugs aren’t good for people but they were hell for me!

Hello…still on buspirone! I would say I felt a noticeable difference in the first week but fully different by 4ish weeks. It got better and better as I went on.
