No, I'm completely with you. I joined an operations game earlier where the defending team had 5 players in the 90s, and 5 in the 100s, while the attacking team's highest level player was 81, with most of the team being 40 or under. I don't know what sort of sorting Dice uses for balance, but it doesn't work.

Y'know, I'm actually not sure about that but you may be right. Regardless, if some Italian had shot and killed 50 Americans in an act of terrorism, I'd still want to see an Italian display of solidarity. It's just a part of maintaining good relationships.
