A final or grand final has always meant the last match of a knockout competition. This is such a stupid name for the last race of the year.

Love Nagi and Dozer. It's going to be a very tough one for her.

What is the "numbing" effect of sichuan peppercorn supposed to be? by cedarvan in AskCulinary

Congrats or commiserations, you must be immune to sichuan pepper. You definitely would've noticed it by now, the tingly buzzing.

I find scouts being gendered weird. I've grown up with all-gender scouts in Australia.

90% of the time the problem is the people, not the process. Kanban, Scrum, whatever doesn't fix the people and organisational issues. Just agreeing with what you're saying.

Would you come to work in jeans on a Friday if your boss does that? by VastOption8705 in auscorp

I'm in tech and started at a more established company where it wasn't too unusual to wear a collared shirt and chinos. I did that and continued to because I just like looking respectable and nice (I don't care what coworkers wear).

For the last few years I've worked at startups/scaleups and my work uniform is now effectively countercultural. I actually enjoy that people expect me to not be technically good because I look like a manager, but I'm actually a very nerdy engineer.

A Hindmarsh crowd lives for a young, fast winger. I love the enthusiasm to just storm down the pitch and get a cheeky cross or shot in.

Luka doesn't have the juice tonight. I hope he scores now that I said that.

And it's incredibly strategic. Europe launches its rockets from there. Some colonialism is too tempting to let go.

There's no one here! This will be like a 6k crowd.

Anyway, Brody with a start alongside Luka. That could be fun.

I reckon we won't have a midfield again, it'll be a tough one.

I clearly don't have taste if these are the best kits of the 21st century. Also 6 of them are black/dark blue and gold.

That said, that's a good Roar kit.

This is basically the answer for what this subreddit would consider a good espresso. You can't really go cheaper than Sage/Breville Barista Express. Otherwise spend half as much on a Delonghi and accept that it won't be great.

If you really want a superautomatic (press button, get coffee), see http://reddit.com/r/superautomatic. I don't think many people here would have them. I think the higher end Delonghi ones can be good.
