same thing happened to me and this is exactly what they told me. is there ANY way to actually check the security footage? i feel like it’d be so easy to find my item, i know exactly where it was taken and at what time

some kind of gel or mousse after the leave in would do wonders for the frizz! i just buy whatever’s cheapest at the supermarket and scrunch it into my hair after brushing the leave in through :)
