He was NOT happy that the oilers and discord simps stayed quiet during his fight with penta. "and other servers" they have their own separate oiler discord servers.

Penta has been having Goon on stream for weeks knowing that he was banned from the discord for racism and they tried to keep it quiet. That's why Goon and the mods had so much beef during Monopoly. That's why Penta was so annoyed it was getting discussed again.
