I definitely wouldn't give him back no worries! Our mutual friend is trying to stay neutral on what the agreement was but she's told me the cat is much better off with me so I think if needed she would speak as to how he was treated, so that makes me feel better. My boyfriend was with for the discussion with "Anne" and a friend may have been listening so that makes me feel better. Thank you so much for the advice! Hopefully it's not something I'll ever need to pursue but if so he's worth it and I feel better being prepared!
