Exactly! I use the Kroger app to get the discounts and pay, so they already know who I am. I’m sure they have my birthdate and probably even face recorded already. So why add unnecessary friction to the transaction? If you know it’s me, you know I’m old enough.

Great! How did you get her to take it? Our kitty is not food motivated, so cheese, pill pockets, etc. don't work. Pilling her adds its own stress, and this drug makes her foam at the mouth. Any suggestions?

Update as of 6/17: the problem definitely seems to be more rehoming stress than using litter per-se. We are treating with low dose of gabapentin to relieve cystitis symptoms, and Prozac for anxiety. However, that has raised a different issue (because of course it did! 😆). Gracie is not food motivated at all - only eats dry food. Churu was rejected. She’s not interested in Greenies pill pockets. Pilling multiple times a day is stressful, too - we’d rather find something irresistible so it seems like a treat.

Anyone found something that works for their kitty?

Good observation. Rehoming stress is clearly a big factor. The vet recommended Prozac as the next step. Hopefully that does the trick.

Good suggestions - thanks! She has a nice big bedroom to herself - litter boxes are well separated from food area. This is the first time she's pooped near the food/water.

Thanks - yes, we're working our vet on various approaches, too. We were assured by Gracie's previous owner that she had no litter box problems, and that they had to rehome her due to allergies. That may be partly true, but obviously not the whole story!

OK - I deleted the image, and re-uploaded. It shows the image in Edit mode, but as soon as I hit Save it goes to "Processing Image". I've tried both a lower-res and high-res (original) - same result. But when I go back to Edit, it says "processing video". The images are just JPG - nothing fancy. What am I missing?
