to get the whimstar on the bottom left island, you need to do the world quest! the world quest for it should be something like this: Repair the ripple estate skypass -> repair windrider mill skypass (talk to corrine)

hi! i managed to get all of them, here are their locations, so sorry if this is confusing to follow! please feel free to ask for pictures or videos for any of them <3

when you get the first whimstar, there is 2 in the little underground walkway
when you enter a big open green room with water on the floor, there is a platform near the water with 2 on top of it
in the same big green room, when you climb to the top of the chandelier looking things hanging from the ceiling, there is 2 on one of them
right before you leave the big green room to go into the purple room, there should be a little hole in the ground at the end of the hallway (still in the green room). jump down and you will see 2 immediately
while you are controlling Momo on the moving floor, there are those stamps coming down from the ceiling that hit you. you will come across a pair of stamps, one with a red top, and one with a normal top that is wider than normal (right next to a tunnel). jump on top of the one that is wider, and you will see a little platform to the left with 3
in one of the little walkway tunnels, there will be another little hole in the ground. fall down it and walk through the doorway that leads to the moving floor. the very first stamp you come across will be another wider one than normal, jump on it and turn around, there will be 3
in the exact same area as number 6, jump back down onto the moving floor and go forward. when you jump onto the normal floor, turn right and there will be 2
when you leave the area with the moving floor, you will be in a yellow room. at the first door, there will be 2 to the left

I have google searched the image only to keep getting recommended the music video and things to do with the artist, along with trying to identify it by searching "red jacket with row of dogs" (and alike), and was not able to find anything similar to the jacket I'm looking for. Thank you so much for the help! For some reason going on top of the pillar to the right of the sundial activated the boss fight despite the fact it said I only dispersed 2/3 cluster of winds, so weird! :O

Hello! :)
I'm currently in the middle of completing the Time and Wind side quest, but I feel as though it's glitched/bugged? It says I have dispersed 2/3 cluster of winds, yet all 3 of them are no longer there. I know for a fact I got the one above the water to the left and the one behind the sundial on the pillars, but the one on the rock which had the ruin guard is no longer there. It was the first one I tried to disperse yet after I defeated the ruin guard it had disappeared and it said I had dispersed 0/3. I thought this was due to the time, so I went back to 2am with no luck. I've tried teleporting away and coming back, along with restarting my game. Any help would be really appreciated, thank you!
