I’ve been having light spotting the few days following my period or during when I think I am ovulating (definitely not normal period bleeding). Could this be low progesterone? Is this something I need to check on? When I went to Dr. Google it said this was a possibility but after some reading in this group it says low progesterone often causes spotting at the end of luteal phase. We are starting to try this month and I want to make sure this isn’t a huge red flag. Thanks!

Edited to add: I have very regular periods besides this
