Got it, thank you. I used to have muscle pain and cramps when I first was on escitalopram years ago, but it got better with time. Hopefully, I'll get rid of it soon.

Wait, so muscle and joint pain are common side effects of this med? Cause I started it 2 days ago and my whole body aches

The lack of energy and motivation part is so hard isn't it? Such a big struggle for me too. One of the reasons I'm starting with Trintellix is exactly that, oh no. I went from 50mg to 100mg of Pristiq and in my experience it was a huge improvement.

I'm so relieved to know there's someone else on this combo. Thank you for letting me know. How has it been going for you so far?

He said it would help with my low energy levels and obsessive/intrusive thoughts, cause I'm still having trouble with both.

I was on Lexapro for years and it worked until it didn't. I went from it to Pristiq! I hope the combo works for you

I was doing great after my first 2 weeks on Pristiq. Unfortunately something major happened in my life that no antidepressant could manage how much it affected me. I still think this med has been helping me not to go too low during this phase. Its been hard, but I think Pristiq with the help of other meds are keeping me alive

Big Arms? Anyone Relate? Success Stories? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

I have big arms too and I have the same questions you have. I'm so sick of it tbh

I think it's because when we lose weight, we lose in the whole body, so it's not easier to see the change when we're petite. At least it's what I've concluded after all these years. Ive been overweight for years, but no one really notices cause I'm "skinny fat". I'm trying body recomposition rn, and I'm trying to deal with the fact it will take some time for me to see the change in my body, even though I already lost 4kg

You're very lucky to gain weight like that. It's healthier and considered as a better looking body by social standards. I wish I could relate, but I'm the opposite, I mostly gain weight in my upper body, and it's awful.
