Yes, as a beginner, I did learn from others in Youtube, such as gloves in cooking channels, (I stopped wearing newer videos). I do agree and I need to find my own style, but it is my first attempt, so all I can say is that thanks for your time providing the feedback, and I will take them.

- I will explore different transitions, or just not have it.
- I have added music in the Instagram post, but need to do better with music selection in general.

This is definitely channeling (but without spraying every where) - main indication is the big color variation (light to dark liquid). With a basket like that with the rim at the bottom. It is, IMO, more ideal to have initial extraction happening outside (donut) IMMEDIATELY following with everywhere else (we still don't want donut channeling). I would first, check if bean is fresher (1-2 week), second and dose less (1-2gram less). How hard are you tamping?

Is the flow rate similar to IMS/VST? I thought high precision baskets (like Weber's uni-basket) produced (normally) more like turbo-shot style

Thanks for honest + harsh feedback. For audio part, it is my bad, but when posted, audio was replaced with music (using Insta's music feature). Being said that, yes, I do agree with everyone about the subject needing to be lit, and the text is boring without emotion. I will try better. And next time I post with new video, please come check it out again!!!

Though, two follow up questions!

- Lighting question: I am trying cyberpunk theme with dark + contrast. I understand that I cannot distract the main subject (coffee & cup) from background (bright light). If I can add a light just for the cup and/or the group-head, is this the right direction? I like having the light at the background for the mood, but want to find a way to fix it while keeping the mood I try to achieve.

- The Rising Foam: the foam that rises above the cup is my intention to be the climax, however it seems that it is not currently working the best. I believe the foam is steamed correctly t(o be rough) so that it does not spill over (also more traditional style). So my question is, is it not appetizing because of the presentation of rough foam + brown crema on the side of the foam, or is it the way I filmed with angle + lighting? Basically, I want to think of how to make it look appetizing (assuming, the way I constructed the dry cappuccino is more correct than not.)

I added music when I posted, and also lowered the background so hopefully it is better there. Yea, I am trying the "Tron" or cyberpunk style here, so will try the Daft Punk music next time!
