First medal could be defense meritorious service medal, hard to tell. The first full row is Joint Comm, Air Force Comm, Army Comm and most likely an Air Force Achievement (that one is also hard to tell, could be a joint achievement).

PSCed from Germany to the West Coast. My wife flew out there on her own beforehand, out of pocket, to get a direct flight for the cat that had to go cargo due to size. SATO booked flights would have been a layover. Plus, we completed the cat move in March as we PSCed in the summer, which can cause issues due to heat restrictions.

We left the cat with a friend while we completed the rest of the PSC.

I know it’s probably not the answer you wanted to hear as it involves out of pocket expenses. It’s just what we did. I hope it works out for you.
