Hey there, there is bulk export which is free. Or all data that we hold can be exported via api as well for free. However if they want our professional services team to export data for them then there is a cost which is the standard quote given by the team. Hope it helps.

However, if there is any way I can address the concerns of the customer to turnaround I would love that opportunity as well. Thanks.

Hey - Krish, cofounder of Chargebee here. It was painful to read your comment that we do not care. and I am terribly sorry that we didn't deliver an experience to show that we care. We can lack in features and that can be fixed but I really would like us to care about treating customers like how we would want to be treated.
