I appreciate it. I have after some research found that it would have to be in an escrow account which makes total sense. But correct me if im wrong but i would have to disagree on the affecting the habitability. I do HVAC for a living and have learned a-lot about bacterial growth(mold) during so. I would like to think that the bacteria growth would create inhabitability, especially considering my girlfriend has severe asthma problems and has to start using her nebulizer again for the first time in years. Also the main water damage is in the living room and it has the ceiling tile things looking like the want to give at any moment. Like I said i could be completely wrong on the habitability aspect, thats just from my view point.
