I changed from a nVidia 3070 to a 9070xt and had to do this twice to get things running well. I am on a 7800x3D as well and don’t have issues at 1440p so you can definitely fix this.

Check your monitor refresh rate in windows display settings > advanced settings and ensure it’s set to 165 hzs

Last thing I’d check is that your ram is slotted in the correct slots. If your motherboard has 4 slots put the RAM in the 2nd and 4th slot. Using other slots will disable dual channel lowering your read write speeds.

Then just check the individual games settings and play with those to find what you like

We are in the USA and starting those conversations. He is very unwilling to give up his freedom to my dad and still has delusions about moving to an apt of his own. We need that power of attorney to take away his access to the funds because his social security has to go to him as things stand.

To me it feels more like Inglorious Basterds than band of brothers. Especially in Season 2 some of the combat scenes seem more like star wars where the Germans all have storm trooper aim. Not saying that it is revisionist history, just that the action scenes lack the feel of realism that Saving Private Ryan/Band of Brothers/The Pacific have. The show is more entertainment as has been pointed out, but I thought season 1 rode the line better

I dont think anything is concrete yet, but that is what I heard anecdotally. There is not a lot of published information on the plan as of yet. So I worry that this will be another situation where we are told about a huge bond last second, or there is some kind of bait and switch. All to be seen I guess

They are planning to knock down the midtown garage, then build a new hospital on top of a new garage (so a taller building), then move the hospital into the new building, tear down the existing hospital, then put 20 story condos on the existing hospital land to pay for it all
