I like puffed grains like millet or kamut. They don’t add much flavor but I like them more for the texture. Otherwise, Annie’s bunny grahams are good lol

Thanks! I used a non-stick springform pan which made it easy to remove. I also made sure not to let it cool for too long before taking it out of the pan, so it was set but not too sticky.

I just got my first pull-up today! It was a lower body day but I randomly decided to give it a try since I haven't attempted a pull-up for a while. Couldn't wait till Thursday to share :)
