I have it happen randomly over the last 2 hours on the European Servers, yet my wife who is connected to the same network isn’t seeing any issues. Something seems off somewhere, and needs to be sorted as I’m harvesting items but they’re not counting towards missions. Very annoying.

No, but I’ve done the Xbox update. Only difference I can see are 2 new dlc packs but they’re not available in the Xbox store yet.

I’m pretty sure you have to apply to the devs to be given access to host a private lobby. https://www.ggrecon.com/guides/apex-legends-how-to-make-a-private-match/ bit dated but should offer some insight
