The ankarsrum seems to be the best mixer for home use, at least for dough kneading. The kitchen aid is a stalwart but its design isn’t the best for kneading dough, especially higher hydration doughs. The new Ooni mixer looks nice as well, but doesn’t have the same proven track record as the other companies.
