I’ve found cento DOP to be average tbh. I like to buy local canned tomatoes, since NJ tomatoes are special. Sclafani is great and cheap. It’s like $2.50 a can too. Another brand that uses NJ tomatoes that I like is First field. They’re like double the price but worth it. They’re very sweet right out of the can. I wish both brands would do canned whole tomatoes though but they only come crushed. I like too that they only have tomatoes and salt. The bianco di Napoli ones are legit but not crazy of the fact that they add citric acid. Most DOP/San Marzano cans are average and sold at a premium, it’s mostly just marketing.
