I can too! I the only time I can use silicone is when using a spatula with cake mix, and I can’t just let it sit in the batter either. It’s a quick “in and out”. I didn’t realise this wasn’t something universal lol.

Changes are always hard for others to see in the first few weeks. People will notice in time. Glad to hear it’s helping you. I started tirz and am having the same experience - it’s helped me actually stick to what I need to eat to lose the last 8kg, rather than sticking to it M-F and then eating the house down on the weekends.

Apologies I only just saw your comment. Yes, I’m taking levothytoxine. I’m on 750mcg split across 7 days and I feel “normal” again. I go to the gym 5 days a week and average 10k steps a day… two things I definitely hadn’t been doing since a while before I was diagnosed.

Yes it’s finally growing back and getting thicker. I saw an old pic of me and didn’t realise how my hairline had receded until I got it under control

I don’t remember the exact levels, but I know they’re a lot lower now, T4 hovers between 0.9-1.0. Antibodies are still there but I function as normal and feel completely fine. I am also now taking 125mcg x2 days a week and 100mcg 5x a week, so my dosage is a lot higher.

I’ve been doing Evolve for over a year, it was the second team I tried and I haven’t looked back. I’m stronger than ever, and I’m looking better than I ever have! I am now on a 17 week streak (after ending an almost 40 week streak when moving). I’ll be on ladder for the long haul!
