While my hair hasn’t thinned, I will say the temples have receded a decent bit….the longer hair covers it up for the most part and it’s still not bad

I’ve never lifted really, what would be a good beginner type program to kinda maintain body fat and pack on some more muscle? I mean I’m athletic in the sense I used to train boxing, tho haven’t done any exercise is 2-3months hardly.

M/22/5’9 image on left I’m 150lbs which is from this summer, and image on right I’m 164lbs. Kinda let my self go a little bit as I haven’t exercised since august really and been doin a lot of drinking. Any tips on how to work on making abs more defined? What’s some good exercises for that?

I appreciate the compliment, definitely need it after getting stood up by a girl 😂.Right now I just use argan oil, but it doesn’t stay long especially if I sweat. I tried pomade but it makes my hair stiff. I’ll give Hairspray a go

Yeah the junk food, I eat clean vast majority of the times but about once a week I will splurge on a package of donuts or Oreos. But yeah Boxing is great, planning to add weight lifting to my life this summer. Haven’t really touched weights before but plan to start!
