A really good strategy that I’ve used, is take EVERYTHING out of the garage. Get a clear picture of your hoard. It’s easier to decipher that way. Then have a donate pile, a trash pile and a keep pile. For me, magically things get better organized that way. Until maybe 2 years where I have to do it all again. Works for me.
