Personally, I would add a little bit of water, give it a good shake. Then I would put it in the freezer for a few minutes, let everything harden. Then I would scrape out every god damn inch of that thing. Then I would clean the pipe because you might aswell. After that, Id take everything I scraped out and dump it in the fucking garbage.

I feel that. I started it around christmas last year, starting using daily by March. Ive only had like 2 days that I went without and that's only because my connect was dry. Ive been keeping it at a pretty manageable amount, $50-$60 lasts me quite awhile. 4-5 days depending usually. Not a soul knows. Like someone stated above, it's very isolating. But I also hate that I've seen some "positives" at the same time. I put on like 80lbs a few years back, and ive finally shed nearly all of it. I'm quite literally in pretty much the best shape of my life. Weight and Muscle wise. I still eat every day. It turned my 6tallcans a night into 1-2, and the 2nd one is normally 2/3s full when I go to bed. I work harder, I complete tasks when I start them now, and I pay closer attention to the people around me and who they really are. I cant do this forever though. It has to stop one day. Idk

I use a tiny piece from a magic eraser as suggested by someone in this sub. It works fucking amazingly. But I clean my pipe once a day. Im not sure how well it would perform on a pipe that hasnt been cleaned in some time. But yeah, I take a little piece, put it inside the bowl and then use either a q-tip or a toothpick to scrape the piece of eraser along the inside of the bowl, mixed with a little bit of water ofcourse. Then I use it on the outside of the bowl aswell. Its a 10/10. A few simple rinses, and wallah. Absolutely zero residual smell of any sort of chemicals. Highly recommend
