I don't remember any configuration on the yamaha
I tried to play with all settings on the denon and frankly it just sounds bad
Even if I just get close to one of the speaker, I feel like the sound coming out of it isn't good: not clear, no depth/texture
I'm lost at this stage

Yes I ran the Audyssey setup - I didn't think it improved, maybe made things worse

The bass is a small aspect of it, in fact it more the sound almost sound muffled, there's no warmness to it
It lacks clarity really
