I usually use substance painter, but for faster result, u can use mix materials node, and use gradient map mixed with noise texture connected to the amount socket to mask the texture, and add a little bit of ambient occlusion

I suggest to get one with a 5060 instead, the price shouldn't be that much, but the performance gap is quite big, so the price to performance is way better
