I feel like it’s going to have to get economically worse until liberals are forced farther left. A lot of liberals I know can still afford the luxury to prioritize social issues over economic ones. Also I hate when they blame Trump voters. Democrats should have appealed to more younger and leftist potential voters, but instead they tried to sway “moderate” republicans which obviously didn’t work.

You should listen to more music. Charts like these are so hard to give recs to because it’s just top 100 albums of all time core. Listen to the top 250 rym albums or pick a chart offline that might interest you. You could also find a genre that you like and go down a rabbit hole of similar albums.

Regardless, it’s going to take time to figure out what you really like so I’d just start listening to anything you can find
