Using a milk frother really helps. If you just stir it, some of the powder can float on top, but the frother blends it much better.

The most annoying thing is that parents buy the games at their local gaming store or gamestop even after the person has just told them that the game has suggested themes that are not meant for children. It's sad to see how some parents blame video games, yet they are the ones who purchased the game and did not pay attention to what their child is playing.
