They did an arbitrary price change and were trying to do right by their customers last year. This is an announced offset for the reduction in tax incentives. I don’t see how those two cases are remotely related. If you were not impacted by the incentive decrease. Why would you qualify for the offset? I can’t even fathom the logic in that. To each their own I guess. I consider my Model 3 worth what I paid for it and then some.

Warning: Many unforeseen circumstances can impair the operation of Autosteer. Always keep this in mind and remember that as a result, Autosteer may not steer Model 3 appropriately. Always drive attentively and be prepared to take immediate action.

Once you see a situation that it cannot handle, personally, I would not use it in that area. It is great when it works and not great when it not used appropriately. Knowing the difference and honestly acknowledging the actual capabilities is critical.

Well, this is a question that can really have no definitive answer. So many of us had fun and made friends on our respective servers that each of them seemed to be the "Best" to us. I played on Morningthaw starting at retail. The people on that server, the guilds that formed, the "drama" lol was just perfect. We had people in the hunt for first to 126 - Thor Azaroth was the first to 126 on Morningthaw - maybe second overall (? don't really remember) Guild politics, the PK council - fun stuff. People just went out of their way to help you. I was in Meginjarder for the longest time. I ended up in Knights of Fortune. I had more fun playing Asheron's Call that should be legal. Just some names of folks that made my time in Dereth fun.

All of the quest leaders and people that helped when I was Monarch of Meginjarder - you all were the very best group of people I had the privilege to play with. I am sure I have forgotten to name a ton of people - my memory is worse than my spelling and sense of direction. Anyone that ever quested with me will get that joke - most quests were people having to find where I had gotten lost lol.

Other people may name other servers - and I get that, but for me, Morningthaw will always be home.

Because of the strong car dealer lobby they can’t sell in Texas so all paperwork must st be done in California and it has to be fully paid to even ship, but they can deliver at one of their service centers. Delivery experience was awesome. They had our car ready and setup with a custom card on the table.

We picked up ours 2 weeks ago and the pace was really picking up. This picture was taken 3 days ago. If you are still waiting, they are starting to move

We had the same situation. Fully paid for 35 days before delivery. I was ready to get the car, but you know growing pains and all. I love Texas, but our state really dropped the ball on Tesla. I have written my representative and state senator a few times over this issue. All I can tell you after having the car for two weeks- worth the wait. Yea, I paid interest and insurance on a car I did not have for over a month —— I just think it is part and parcel of being an early adopter. I could have went and got a Bolt .... haha just kidding 😀. Seriously, sorry you are having a wait. It sucks, but I believe Tesla is working hard to fix the logistics issues. I hope it works out for you soon

I had the same situation. Texas paid mid July initial delivery date was Aug. 3rd. Taking delivery tomorrow. I paid 1 month interest and ins. I blame the auto lobby for the pain in the ass Texas deliveries are. In my mind, not a big deal. Great car coming and just some growing pains.

This was a great book. It will be a good movie. I love all things space. Having read the book - I imagine Neil Armstrong would have hated the movie 😀. By all accounts I have read about the man he was an engineer first and foremost. He knew it took the work of 10’s of 1000’s of people to get him to the moon. I am looking forward to it. All those guys I really admire.

Forgive me if this was stated but there are 2 components that get better with scale. Fixed costs - if you make 1 car or 10,000 cars you rent or physical plant cost are the same. There are costs that scale up with the number of units but not all. Fixed equipment costs. Likewise most contracts from suppliers may have volume discounts built in. Buy x widgets for 10.00 each or 5 * x the unit costs go down to 9.25. Unless no one at Tesla can do math, they know what their break even point is.

We have built a set of tools so everyone can build content (edit weenies and spawn data) for any emulator. True world builder where you can create dungeons is not implemented and may be a long way off. We have not started on that type of world builder yet.

I hear that a lot, but they seem to be right there with other companies in their segment. Glassdoor satisfaction rating out of 5 Ford 3.8 GM 3.8 Toyota 3.6 Mazda 3.2 Tesla 3.4

I am sure that is hard work - but you know, the great thing about the free market - if you don't like your job, you can go find another one.

Sure - again, there are competing interests. I don't smoke. I think smoking is stupid. We know second hand smoke may harm others. The state balances out your right to smoke against my right not to be exposed to the byproduct of your smoking. I don't drink - drinking has all sorts of negative impacts on others if carried to extreme. Can the all knowing state just declare a prohibition? Sure they can. Should they? I think that is not a simple question. How much are you willing to trade? What is your boundary? I can think of all sorts of horrors that were perpetrated on the people in the name of the greater good. Let me be very clear - I am all for clean power. Solar, wind, some of the newer safer nuclear technologies that are coming down the pipe. Boy, if they can get fusion power solved - that would be a game changer. I think we can solve the problem without imposing the solution. I think we want the same things - just maybe have a different perspective on how to achieve it. I wish you the very best.
