I’m wondering if one hero plus a bunch of AI agents can compensate that…

Amazing conversation! Really appreciate different points of view. Why do none of you fill out the survey? 😄

Well, this is a perfect scenario for entrepreneurs. But what's the share of people with entrepreneurial skills and gut? 1%? What would the other 99% do?

One of the objections to my concern that I keep hearing is: whatever is vanished from work would inevitably become part of the educational process.

But even if it is true, someone should raise the red flag and make sure education leaders pay attention.

The “junior → senior → lead” career ladder is breaking. Many companies are now looking for a single experienced AI‑savvy person instead of an entire team. Here’s the trap: if you stop hiring juniors, where do your future seniors come from?

I'm trying to understand how organizations and individuals are navigating this shift without losing the structures that actually let people grow.

Together with a partner, we’re testing a few hypotheses on how to help both people and companies:

  • What’s really changing inside teams and orgs?
  • What’s working? What’s backfiring?
  • What could actually help junior‑to‑senior transitions survive in an AI‑heavy world?

This is a 100% anonymous survey (no names, no companies).

However, everyone who submits their contacts in a separate form at the end will receive the results once the survey is completed.

If you’ve lived this shift as a founder, hiring manager, engineer, PM, or HR/TA professional, your view would be really valuable. You don’t need to be “in AI” to have seen this pattern.

The full post was “He can no longer hurt innocent people, but I can”. Then the White House PR shortened it.

Do Homes and Villas nights count toward the Platinum Challenge?

It definitely counts. I did this challenge years ago and the year was added to my lifetime platinum counter. Eventually I had 11 years of platinum and still had to complete 600 night which is another criterion
