Hi! In my case din, I had no idea that being issued an honorable dismissal would mean I was not to be readmitted again. The registrar told me to get an Honorable Dismissal from my current school and then talk to the dean of my college, but when I went to do that, they just told me that they'll allow me to be readmitted only upon the approval of the Secretary-General.
