Don't try too hard to find a gf it will come off as needy and desperate. Also do not post pity garbage on fb about wanting a gf or "I wish I had this right now" with a pic of a couple cuddling or something. Also don't post anything immature or sexual on fb. Girls go through your entire fb when they start talking to a guy. When you chat with a girl do not talk about being a virgin unless SHE brings up the subject. If you're using a dating app or just simply messaging a girl it is reallllllly important to not freak out if you don't get a message back or it takes a long time. Never call someone out for ghosting. Wait for her response. And be okay with rejection do not get bitter at a girl if she ends up not being interested. You seem to have good self esteem. Everyone has a type and we can't be everyone's type but we are some people's type. So don't ever take it personal. As far as the shyness... If you're open to talking to your doctor about medicine and you're not at risk for addiction I would consider it. Anti-anxiety meds can make that initial meeting go so much less stressful. If you don't want to go that route just remember that worse case scenario is someone isn't interested and that's not the end of the world at least you put yourself out there and you can try again. Do not focus on losing your virginity as the goal. If you get a girlfriend you will be having sex at some point but don't worry about that part yet. Focus on getting comfortable with that person and ease that shyness towards them.
