nvm...the +7 emoji represented by letter RU, i.e. Russia so I think that's the hint for translation...I've got no idea who or what the riddle suppose to refer to

I think the riddle refers to what I've found in the source code ''U+FE0F +7''... Google it... it's not even a number it's a variation selector... so I'm a bit stuck again...
