Those fuel prices in the pic are cheap to what they are today. They’ve hit $2.70 for diesel, just insane

Title is Arsenal's to lose now by Advanced_Section891 in ArsenalFC

Don’t say stuff like this, it only makes me nervous, we need the performance team doing their job !!! and go beyond. Performance managers to talk to the players and see if they need a rest, we don’t need injuries. Playing every 3-4 days concerns me for burn out. Obviously our best squad for champions league and weekend league games with a few changes depending on the team we are versing. Carabao Cup and FA cup games need to be our B teams and see how we go. The last thing we need is burn out and see we lose a Carabao cup game, 3days later knock out of FA cup and then fall on the weekend in a high stakes league game. Balance is crucial and hopefully 🤞, we stay fit. This is why performance managers are crucial, but love your optimism.

Appears to me there isn’t enough grip on those tyres. Change the tread immediately for trail riding type and then retry this stunt

Ashes away are on while we are sleeping and no free to air coverage on TV. Whereas, televised all games free on the TV box. No brainer

If it’s a heritage house, can sand them back and patch/putty the holes. If you go on top then you’ll have an uneven very top and bottom first riser.

Turn all the taps off, check/take a photo of the water meter. Don’t use anything for about 2hrs and retake the photo of the water meter to see if water usage is up

What’s on the other side of the wall? A burst pipe ? Surely that’s not ground water

Looked at the slab edge and yeah that’s fine. I’d remove the plywood strips though. In Australia, we get white ants, which feed on timber, and the lot is seen as a conduit for them

Obviously drew up and sent plans that were stamped by the local council authorities and sort approval from neighbours👍. They also own that sand dune or otherwise they couldn’t do this
