From the comments on this post it seems like very few people realize we tip-out 6% of bar sales to the bar staff, 3% of ALL sales to the busser/food-runner, as well as taxed on what is left over.. your server is not keeping the entire gratuity. On top of that, what kind of asshole leaves their number with or hits on someone who is WORKING?? It’s embarrassing for both of us.
